How soon is my order shipped?
Once you have placed an order, it takes 24 to 48 hours for its processing. We provide order customization also, in case you have opted for customization it may take some time for its processing. Once everything is sorted, it usually takes 2 to 3 days to dispatch your order.
How are Delivery Charges calculated?
For Domestic Orders:-
Prepaid Orders:- Orders within the boundaries of India have free shipping on prepaid orders inclusive of all the taxes except customization orders.
Cash On Delivery Orders:- Orders within the boundaries of India with the COD option have COD charges of Rs.70INR.
We deliver our products outside the boundaries of India. All the international orders worth $30 are being charged with flat $30 as shipping charges. We understand that the order has to undergo many processes to reach its destination and we make sure the packaging is done accordingly for all the orders so that you stay relaxed.
When will my order get delivered to my place?
Placing orders for your favorite items is usually exciting till it reaches. It usually takes 4 to 5 working days to get your order delivered to your address.
Is order tracking available?
For every stage, we provide tracking to your order and give you notification also. In case you face any challenges while tracking the order you can connect to our customer care representative.
What should I do if the wrong order is being delivered to my place?
We at EbaChikan make sure that you get the time that you ordered. In case the wrong order gets delivered to you, you can raise the request for a return and the item will be picked up and the right one will be delivered to you.
What if a defective item is being delivered to me?
We at EbiChikan make the quality check at every stage that assures the item that you get is 100% original. In case you get a defective item, you can raise a request for an exchange and the fresh item will be delivered to your place by picking up the defective piece.
